Setting up your account on Justtawk is straightforward and user-friendly. This guide will walk you through each step to get your account up and running, and structure your call center interactions effectively.

Once you access Justtawk’s website, you will land on the home page. Here, you can find all the essential options and links to explore the platform’s features. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the interface.

On the home page, look for the "Getting started" button. This feature allows you to understand how Justtawk’s system works and helps you set up your call center interactions. Click the button to proceed.

A new page will appear prompting you to enter your mobile number. Type in your active mobile number in the provided field and click "Get Started." Make sure the mobile number is correct as it will be used for verification.

You’ll receive a five-digit One-Time Password (OTP) on the mobile number you provided. Enter this OTP in the relevant field to verify your account. If you don’t receive the OTP, you can request it again.
After verification, you’ll be asked to fill in your details. Enter your full name, company name, and a valid email address. These details will be used to personalize your Justtawk account and ensure smooth communication.
Next, you’ll see an option to choose a template for structuring your call center interactions. For this demo, select a template featuring common questions. Templates are pre-designed to streamline your call processes and align with your business needs.
For this example, we’re focusing on the education industry. To tailor the interactions to your business, answer the following questions within the template:
Which industry do you want to discuss? Specify the industry your business operates in to customize interactions.
Do you offer certificates upon completion? Indicate if certificates are provided. For example: "Yes, after six months of course completion."
Can I access the course after completing it? State your policy clearly, e.g., "No, access is not available after course completion."
What is the course’s refund policy? Mention the refund policy, such as "Refunds are available within 13 days."
Do you offer any student discounts? Specify if discounts are available. Example: "Yes, scholarship discounts are available."
Can you arrange post-interaction contact? Provide your availability for follow-ups. Example: "Yes, please share your preferred time slot for this week.
These questions ensure that the agent is equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively.
After answering the questions, click "Submit." Congratulations! Your call center setup is complete. You will now be redirected to the dashboard where you can manage your interactions, monitor performance, and explore additional features.
